Open Daily from 8 am to 5 pm. You will be charged the standard fee & extra for video cameras.
Admission 2013 59 pesos. Free on Sundays for nationals and Mexican residents.

This site is often busy. Take good shoes as there is plenty of walking. Take camera supplies with you; memory and batteries.

Buses are available from Veracuz to Papantla.
Tours
Tours can be arranged from Veracruz and Pozo Rico. Also search the internet.
Drive from Veracruz:
Take Highway 180 North and drive 178 KMs to Papantla.
Turn left on Monte Alban and then first right onto Tajin and then onto Highway 127. Well signed.
238 KMs – 3.5 hours
Drive from Poza Rica:
Take Highway 127 South for approximately 17 KMs. Turn Left. Well signed.
20 KMs – 30 minutes
